Clear expectations help every booking go smoothly. Final timing, fees, and scope should be confirmed in writing before service.
Estimates and final confirmation
The calculator provides an estimate from the details entered. The final scope, crew time, and price are confirmed after Clean AF reviews the request and any reference photos. If the condition or requested work differs from what was described, Clean AF will explain the change and request approval before adding work.
Satisfaction guarantee
If an agreed area was missed, contact Clean AF as soon as possible with details and, where helpful, photos. The team will review the concern and arrange a reasonable re-clean where appropriate. The guarantee does not cover permanent staining, pre-existing damage, ordinary wear, or tasks outside the confirmed scope.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Please give as much notice as possible when plans change. Any notice period or cancellation fee will be disclosed before the booking is confirmed. Clean AF may also need to reschedule when access, unsafe conditions, severe weather, or another issue prevents the work from being completed safely.
Care, access, and liability
Clean AF will use reasonable care in the home. Clients should identify fragile items, known damage, specialty surfaces, access restrictions, and safety concerns before work begins, and secure cash, jewellery, documents, and other valuables. Clean AF is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, ordinary wear, or excluded work. Any claim should describe the direct, verified loss and remains subject to applicable law.
